(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN J.,) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu, in S.C.No.40 of 2016, dated 14.05.2024, and to enlarge him on bail.
2. It is seen that the typed set of papers is being made ready in the main appeal and that the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking suspension of sentence is not pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, as this Court is inclined to take up the main Criminal Appeal itself for hearing, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking suspension of sentence is closed.
