This Petition has been filed direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the counter party.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police. 3.It is made clear that the police should not interfere with the civil dispute as between the parties and they shall be relegated to the competent Civil Court to redress their grievance.
