Seeking a direction to the the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.03.2015 and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.292 of 2014 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.03.2015.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in CSR No.292/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
