(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter has been settled between the petitioners and the respondent bank and the one time settlement amount was also paid by the petitioners to the bank and the bank has returned all the documents to the petitioners.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition, hence, it is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed.
