ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.03.2015 and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law and file a final report in a time framed manner, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.03.2015 and across the Bar, a closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is recorded.

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
