This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 149 days in filing the criminal appeal to aside the judgment passed in calender case No.301/2023 dated 08.11.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sankari.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 149 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
