ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register F.I.R., on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.10.2014 and file a charge sheet in appropriate forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police is conducting enquiry in CSR.No.218 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The respondent police shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same and either register a case or drop action expeditiously.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
