This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para-6, imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15239 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petitioner for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
