Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 11.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 11.02.2015 given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.250 of 2015 for offence under Section 379 IPC. The said statement is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
