Prayer : Writ of Mandamus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent to accept the online application of the petitioner made on 3.5.2016 along with the application fee taken by way of Demand Draft dated 1.6.2016 with all necessary certificates as completed application for the purpose of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission, 2016 and consequently permit her to participate in the counseling to take admission in any of the engineering course within the purview of the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission , 2016 according to the ranking of the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to avail the first graduate fee concession, as provided by the State Government.
