ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.28 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Kattumannar Koil, Cuddalore District, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings in C.C.No.28 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, K attumannar Koil, Cuddalore District, was ended in acquittal by an order dated 12.09.2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
