A.No.3974 of 2022 in T.O.S.No.88 of 2013 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., This application is filed to amend the name of the husband of the applicant/6th defendant as Srinivasalu in the long cause title.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and being satisfied with the reasons, this application is allowed and the applicant's husband name is ordered to be amended as Srinivasalu instead of Rajasekhar.

Post after pooja holidays for carrying out the amendment and for filing amended plaint.
