Writ petition is are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to forthwith consider the representation dated 8.8.2017 and 5.2.2018 of the petitioner herein seeking reinstatement into service as Conductor.

ORDER
The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, made a submission that on account of initiation of the disciplinary proceedings, the writ petitioner had been dismissed from service. The order of dismissal has been issued by the General Manager in proceedings dated 16.7.2015. Against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the order of major penalty of termination from service, the writ petitioner has preferred an appeal to the first respondentManaging Director, on 5.2.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that on account of the termination, the writ petitioner has even struggling to meet out his day-to-day expenditures and his livelihood is not fair. Thus, an early disposal of the appeal is certainly required.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal preferred by the writ petitioner on 5.2.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
