Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the respondents to give Metro Water Supply, to the petitioner's building situated at No.12, MRH Road, Chennai -60, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2016. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
5.In the light of the above submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed. No costs.
