The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.205 of 2002 on the file of the respondent-police and to quash the same.
2. From the records, it is seen that when the matter was taken up on 24.09.2014 "for admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 14.10.2014. Thereafter, for the past five years, the learned counsel has not taking any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

3. In view of the above, this petition cannot be considered now and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
