The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing this Criminal Revision case as against the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB cases (relating to cheating cases in Chennai), and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore in Cr.M.P.No.45311 of 2023 in Cr.No.162/2023.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order.
