Crl.O.P.No.9062 of 2015 R.SUBBIAH, J.

While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9062 of 2015, by order order dated 13.04.2015, this Court has imposed the conditions that_ (i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai:

(ii)the petitioner shall report before the respondent-Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. 2.Now, this Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to modify the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent-Police daily. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of granting anticipatory bail, this Court directed the petitioner to execute the bond to the satisfaction of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore; but the the respondent-police comes under the jurisdiction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be directed to execute the bond to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, instead of learned II Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore. 4.That apart, the learned counsel for the petitioner further prayed to

relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondentPolice daily. 5.Head the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also. 6.At this point of time, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner directing the petitioner to report before the respondentpolice daily for a period of two weeks. However, the other prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the petitioner to execute the bond to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, instead of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, can be considered.

7.Consequently, the order dated 13.04.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to execute a bond to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, instead of learned II Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore. Time to appear before the concerned Court to execute the bond is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Office is directed to make necessary correction in the order and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
