The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to call for the records of the 1st respondent herein dated 9.7.2013 in Na.Ka. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that he has also sent an e-mail to the registry to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the email sent to the registry, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
