] The evidence of PW.1 sister-in-law of the deceased and PW.2, who is none other than father of the deceased are the eye witnesses and their evidences would be sufficient to form an opinion that the petitioner has not made out any acceptable ground for the purpose of suspending the sentence.

2. Thus, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
