The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2024, the applicant has already furnished the documents before the learned Arbitrator. Hence, he requests this Court to extend the Mandate for a period of 3 months.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would fairly submit that since the documents were furnished before the learned Arbitrator, she has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Considering the above submissions and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 3 months subject to the production of documents to the satisfaction of the learned Arbitrator.
