This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to pass an order to substitute the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 herein as the petitioners 3 to 5 herein the place of the deceased first petitioner N.S.Mohanakrishnan in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.25706 of 2016 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
