Prayer : Writ Petition filed Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner institution dated 23.09.2016 against the 3rd respondent for her criminal activities in misappropriating the funds collected as special fees to be paid to the government by abusing the employment under the petitioner institution and in suppressing the factum of pendency of criminal case while getting appointment under the 1st and 2nd respondents, within a time to be fixed by this Court.
