[Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.] The respondent/husband filed I.D.O.P.No.107 of 2020 on the file of the 1/4
Family Court, Tiruppur, under Section 10(x) of the Indian Divorce Act, for dissolution of marriage solemnized between the appellant and respondent on 12.12.2010 and appellant/wife filed I.D.O.P.No.76 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur, under Section 32 of the Indian Divorce Act, for restitution of conjugal rights. By the common order and decree dated 30.07.2020, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruppur dismissed I.D.O.P.No.76 of 2020 and allowed I.D.O.P.No.107 of 2020, granting decree of divorce and dissolved the marriage that took place between the appellant and respondent on 12.12.2010.
2.Challenging the said common order and decree dated 30.07.2020 made in I.D.O.P.Nos.76 & 107 of 2020, the appellant/wife has come out with the present two appeals.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both the appellant and respondent appeared before this Court. They were identified by their respective counsel. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant and respondent along with the parties represented that the parties have arrived at 2/4
the settlement and filed a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 07.11.2022, duly signed by both the appellant as well as respondent and their respective counsel and prayed for dismissal of both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals recording the joint memo of compromise.
4.The said Joint Memo of Compromise dated 07.11.2022, duly signed by both the appellant as well as respondent and their respective counsel is taken on file and the same is recorded. Recording the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 07.11.2022 and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed in terms of joint memo of compromise. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 07.11.2022 shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
