O R D E R
[Order of this Court made by M.S.RAMESH,J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to produce the detenue, a minor girl, before this Court and to give custody of the minor girl to the petitioner.
2. When the petitioner's minor daughter had gone missing from his house, he had given a police complaint, which was registered in FIR No. 331 of 2024 under the caption "Girl Missing." Since there was no sufficient progress in the investigation, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
3. Pending this Habeas Corpus Petition, the second respondent herein traced the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. When we interacted with the girl, she expressed that she intended to reconcile with her parents and live under their care and custody. The petitioner herein is 2/5
also present in Court, stating that he is willing to take custody of his minor daughter. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and hence, no further orders are required.
