Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, call for the records relevant to the notice dated 20.11.2013 issued under Section 287 Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act 4 of 1919 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, arbitrary against the act, total non application of mind and totally against the natural justice and without jurisdiction.
