This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in STC No.524 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered by this Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
