ORDER

The petitioner is said to have filed application under Section 63(b) of the Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment Act seeking to declare himself as a hereditary trustee. As the said application has not been numbered and thereafter, proceeded with on merits, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.1 is directed to number the application filed under Section 63(b) of the Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment Act within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
