This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.03.2015 and investigate and file FIR in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 18.03.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.526 of 2015 and the same was closed on 23.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
