ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents to permit the petitioner for selection and appointment to the post of B.T. Assistant (Tamil) in pursuant to Notification No. 03 / 2023 dated 25.10.2023 issued by the second respondent under BC / PWD / PSTM category based on the marks secured by the petitioner in the selection in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 20.05.2024 enclosed with certificate of Disability in Form VI.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.05.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with

law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
