This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent-bank to sanction and disburse the Educational loan to the petitioner for the 4 academic years (2016-2017, 2017-18, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020) as per the fees structure of the Institution of B.Sc. Degree course in P.R. College of Nursing, Guruvanna Devara Mutt, Near Binnyston Garden, Magadi Road, Bangalore - 560 023 expeditiously.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that by efflux of time, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and by this time, the petitioner would have completed three years nursing course also. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
