ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 293 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 293 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 293 days.
