ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry and to dispose the representation dated 06.02.2021 made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint before the 1st respondent challenging the deed of conveyance executed by the 2nd respondent in favour of his son and in turn he executed sale deed in favour of the third party in respect of the property bearing No.400/3, Padur Village, Chengalpet District. On receipt of the same, the 1st respondent did not take any steps to conduct enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

06.02.2021 made by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
