Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to transfer the petitioner from Panchayat Union Primary School Neelampathi to Panchayat Union primary School at Kurumbanoor by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 19.11.2015 within a reasonable period. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to transfer the petitioner from Panchayat Union Primary School Neelampathi to Panchayat Union primary School at Kurumbanoor by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 19.11.2015.

3. Mr.R.Nalliyappan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher presently at Panchayat Union School, Neelampathi and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has submitted a representation to the first respondent dated 19.11.2015 seeking retransfer to the Panchayat Union Primary School at Kurumbanoor. Since, it was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr. S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 19.11.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
