This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Cr.No.580 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police station and to quash the same.

2. Though the petitioners have challenged the FIR in Cr.No.580/2012, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has reported that already Charge Sheet has been filed and the same was taken as Calendar Case on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dharmapuri.
