This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 04.08.2016 and take necessary action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 04.08.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.72 of 2016 and the same was closed on 12.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
