The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.1294 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, V - 7 Nolambur Police Station, Chennai and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
