Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the Petitioner dated 18.09.2015 and 09.10.2015 and to review the order of suspension passed against the Petitioner in R.C.No. 1614/34068/Tr.PR/ 2014 T.Z.O. 997/2014 dated 16.12.2014 and to re-instate the petitioner into service.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Mr.G.Sankaran, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was placed under suspension by an order dated 16.12.2014 and he had given representations to the respondents dated 18.9.2015 and 09.102.015 to review the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of suspension. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr. S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representations dated 18.9.2015 and 09.102.015 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
