2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course printing the name of Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the respondent, in the cause list.
