O R D E R

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in CC.No.126 of 2010, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II Hosur, Krishnagiri District, the case posted for IO examination, trial has been commenced and witnesses were also examined.

2.Therefore, this Court cannot be considered to quash the proceedings in CC.No.126 of 2010 at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

3.However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
