This petition is filed to implead the second respondent/proposed respondent as second respondent in the above criminal revision.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
