3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.787 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
