(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 468, 471, 109 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.22 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 1st petitioner was arrested on 03.02.2021. So far as the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are concerned, though their names found place in the FIR, on subsequent investigation it was found that they were not involved in the crime and hence their names were removed.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
