O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties state that it has not been possible to resolve the dispute in mediation and subject to the objection raised by the respondents qua arbitrability of disputes, which shall be considered by the Arbitrator, the disputes be referred to the sole arbitration of Mr.Justice Doraisamy Raju, a retired Judge of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the arbitration proceedings be held under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties governed by the Rules of the Centre.

2.In view of aforesaid, as proposed, I appoint Mr.Justice Doraisamy Raju, a retired Judge of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As requested, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
