This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, based on the petitioner representations dated 19.03.2023, 17.04.2023 and 26.05.2023 and to pay the outstanding including Belated payment surcharge @ BPSC amount Rs.98598/- as on date of electricity usage due of K9 Thiru.Vi.Ka.Nagar Police Station until the disposal of the writ petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner (party-in-person) submitted that, he paid the entire outstanding amount of Rs.99,128/- (Rupees Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Eight only) and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submissions made by the petitioner (party2/4
