Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Chennai, the 1st respondent herein and quash the order dated 23.01.2014 made in AIR (SA) 813/2010 under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act and direct the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai to number and consider the appeal filed by the petitioners on merits without insisting on payment of court fee as per Rule 13(2)(d) and filing of waiver application u/s.18 of the SARFAESI Act within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are also dismissed.
