ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is alleged by the petitioner that due to land dispute, the opposite party had taken photographs and videos of his daughter while taking bath and threatening them with dire consequences. As both the complaints of the petitioner has been sent through post, the petitioner has to go in person and lodge the complaint before the respondent police and on such complaint being lodged, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and act in accordance with the law as laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
