This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to provide police protection to the petitioner herein and his family members by considering the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 15.08.2016.

3. It is seen that the dispute is essentially between the petitioner and his brother Muthukumarasamy. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiy has been conducted in CSR No.116 of 2016 and the same has been closed on 27.08.2016, as the dispute is found to be civil in nature. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
