ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to Respondents 2 to11 is dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed on 20.02.2025.

3. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for respondents that the appeal was already disposed of, hence the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. When this was pointed out, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that they may be provided with a copy of the order and that liberty may 2/4

be granted to challenge the same if they are aggrieved.

5. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The 1st respondent shall provide the petitioner with a copy of the order. It is open to the petitioner, if aggrieved to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
