Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the prohibitory order vide R.O.C.No.3531 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015 issued by the second respondent and to quash the part of prohibitory order of preventing the petitioner from practising as an advocate before any Court of law, Tribunal etc., and consequently directing the second respondent to fix next date of hearing in the suo motu complaint No.280 of 2015 pending before the second respondent.
