ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to co-ordinate with Duraiyoor Police Station and Jaihindpuram Police Station and secure the accused for interrogation and complete investigation and file the final report in Crime No.1626/2012 on the file of respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On 15.07.2015, this Court passed the following order; " Today, Mr.Kennedy, Inspector of Police, Uraiyur Police Station, Trichy is present. Mr.Nandakumar, Inspector of Police, T1, Ambattur Police Station, Chennai is also present.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions submits that the police will nab the accused shortly.

In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional public Prosecutor, three weeks time is granted to the police for the arrest of the accused.
Post the matter after three weeks."
4. Today, Mr.K.S.Kandakumar, Inspector of Police, T-1, Ambattur Police Station, is present.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police have arrested Balasubramaniam (A2) on 21.09.2015, who is the husband of A1, the lady, who had cheated the petitioner. He further submitted that the police have formed a special team and are taking steps to arrest A1.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, T1 - Ambattur Police Station, Chennai, to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.1626 of 2012 and apprehend the other accused and take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
